Happy Holidays All!!
As I write this, I have just returned from my usual Sunday Breakfast at the Vanilla Bean. It was a cool morning starting out at 31′, but warmed to the low 40’s for the ride home. One thing that I have noticed about riding in the colder weather is that my air pressure needs to be checked for EVERY ride, not just once a week! I hadn’t ridden one particular bike for a bit and the tires were down 5 lbs! Although cooler, traffic was light this morning and even though overcast, it was still great to get out and be riding!
This coming Sunday is our Chicken Ride to Wrights Chicken Farm in Burriville. If you want to ride up with a group, Carl will be leading (possibly in his VW Bug!) from the Groundwater Cafe in Scituate with Kick Stands Up at 11:30 AM SHARP!!! If you prefer to meet us there, we should be arriving around 12:15 pm for a delicious Chicken Dinner, complete with Chicken (certified) Ice Cream!

Saturday, January 17th is the date of our Winter Bash. This year we will be holding this event at the Carriage Inn. (yes, the same place as our monthly meetings) Cocktail hour from 5 – 6pm with dinner at 6pm. Check the club web page for menu and how to sign up. NOTE: Your membership will need to be current to get the member price!
Our Tuesday Breakfasts continue at the Cranston Dinner.
Monthly meeting on Monday, December 8th at the Carriage Inn. Dinner at 6pm, meeting at 7pm. Rumor has it that this might be an Ugly Christmas Sweater event!
