The Coffee Depot
For my second installment of Over the Bridge, I went to The Coffee Depot in Warren, RI. Located at 501 Main St. (corner of Jefferson) in Warren. They have been in business for over 25 years! They offer fresh coffee and mouth watering pastries, muffins and bagels. As they do not have a proper kitchen, they do not cook traditional breakfasts or lunches, and survive very well on the “Coffee Crowd”.
There is outdoor seating on the sidewalk, which is right on Main St. You can enjoy your coffee while watching the cars go by, on their way towards Bristol or Newport!
The atmosphere is cozy and casual, with the “usual” customers assembling for their daily coffee meetups (to solve world problems, as we do on Tuesday’s!)
They are open 7 days a week from 6:30 am to 4 pm. Well worth a stop by!
