This is a 100% cotton, high quality, long sleeve denim shirt (Ultra Club Cyprus Denim), with a button down collar, in either Light Washed Denim or Dark Indigo Denim; with the club insignia embroidered over the left side pocket.

For an extra five bucks ($5.00) you can have your name (up to 10 letters) embroidered on the right side, lined up with the insignia. If you order the shirt with your name please add your “name” to the order notes section at checkout. Thanks.
